  • IPA Analysis of Organisational Submissions received in response to the OECD Public Consultation Process - April - July 2007

    In light of the substantive and multifaceted nature of many of the submissions received from organisations, the Institute of Public Administration (IPA) was asked to conduct a qualitative analysis of these submissions. This Analysis primarily considered the content of the submissions according to whether or not they addressed the specific areas identified in the call for submissions (i.e. Public Service, Civil Service, Local Government, Health Sector, Education Sector, and Justice Sector). It identified thematic issues raised as well as summarising the main issues emerging from the totality of submissions received from organisations. The results of this Analysis have been forwarded to the OECD Review Team, for their consideration.
