Evaluation of the Appropriation Accounts and Dept of Public Enterprise Pilot Project by Capita Consulting - Feb 2002
The Capita report recommends a number of changes in the Appropriation Accounts and assesses the value of accrual information in the context of the performance reporting environment envisaged in the Comptroller and Auditor General Act, 1993, the Public Services Management Act, 1997 and Delivering Better Government. Capita Consulting also evaluated the pilot management information project in the Department of Public Enterprise (DPE).
